    Yes, all of our price are in U.S. dollars.

  4. What are your shipping charges?

    Our shipping charges are carrier based. This means the cost is dependent upon the destination of the package and the weight of the package, as we feel this is the fairest method. If you would like to know the shipping charges for a particular item(s), just add it to your cart. On the “Shopping Cart” page click on the Shipping Rates button, enter your Country, Zip/Postal Code and State (if applicable). Click on the Get Rates button and you will present with the shipping cost for all available methods of shipping.

  5. When will my order ship?

    Most orders are shipped with 24 hours of us receiving your order. If you created an account prior to placing your order you can check the status of your order by logging into "Your Account" and clicking on the order in order history. By default our site sends an email out when your order has shipped with the tracking information.

  7. What payment methods do you accept?

    You can by directly through our website with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. You can also pay via PayPal or Google Checkout. If you feel uncomfortable with using your credit card over the internet you can also select Telephone or Check No credit card information is collected, but your order is recorded and you can track your order’s status through our website.

  8. Can I pay bay check?

    Yes, you can pay by check. Just go through the checkout process and select "Send a check by mail".

  9. I see www.samssteins.com on some of the pictures of products, is that on the product?

    We do utilize stickers with our address on our products; these stickers can easily be removed. But if for any reason you need to return and item to our store, it must still have this sticker on it. We put our web address on photos on our site to discourage image theft and bandwidth theft, our web address just appears on the photo.
