Order Status
- In Process: We received your order and everything is good to go. A Order Confirmation email is sent out, complete with your order number and the description of your order including items order, shipment method and Billing and Shipping information.
- Shipment Pending: Your credit card has been charged and we are preparing to ship your order.
- Problem: Something is wrong with your order. You will be contacted via email letting you know the nature of the error.
- Canceled: Your order has been canceled, either by your request or by necessity. If we cancel your order, you will receive an email letting you know why the order has been canceled.
- Refunding Pending: We owe you money! This is either due to you initiating a return or us not having something you ordered. Your original payment method will be refunded, when the returned item is received and inspected. We usually do not charge for items we do not have in stock, so if we have to cancel a part of your order, your refund will occur within 1 business day of the original charge to your account.
- Completed: Your order has been shipped. A Shipping Confirmation has been sent to the email address your provided. This includes the tracking number, so you can keep tabs on your order while it is in transit.

- What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on the weight of your package and the destination of your shipping.
