Shipping FAQs

Shipping: Shipping charges are based on the service you choose, the weight of your package and where you package is being delivered. Place the item in your shopping cart. Go to "View Cart". On the Shopping cart page click on the "Shipping Rates" and enter your zip/postal code. You will be presented with the available methods and may select which you prefer. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. Processing times for orders vary depending on the season. Orders are generally shipped the same business day or the next business day, but during the holiday season or high volume times it may take an additional day or two. You can always check the status or your order at Order History. Orders are not processed on Saturday or Sunday. If there will be a delay with your order you will receive and email and your Order History will indicate the nature of the delay. Please note inclement weather may cause a delay in your order being processed.
