Unfortunately we do not have room to stock everything. Instead of limiting what a collector can purchase we offer these item by Back Order or Special Order. Back Order indicates that it is an item we normally stock. You can place your order and as soon as the item arrives we will ship your merchandise to you. Special Order means that it is something that we can get from the manufacturers we deal with but we do not regularly stock this item, you can place your order with us and we will order from the manufacturer. We will charge your card a 10% non-refundable Special Order fee. If at anytime you cancel your order the 10% fee will not be refunded. Upon the receipt of the item at our store we will ship your merchandise. For personalized items your card will be charged in full. Orders for personalized merchandise CANNOT be canceled, due to the nature of this type of product.
